I usually don't write reviews or recommendations, but I had to for this company. Jeff and his team were fantastic guiding us through this process. We made an appointment with Liz who explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. We hired her on the spot. With having some limitations on showings due to medical reasons, the team was very caring and understanding and worked with our schedule. The photographer took beautiful pictures. Other team members were in constant contact with us, updating us, checking if we had any concerns and to see how we were. It was a great feeling. The house sold in 3 days for more than listing. We were very happy. The team is very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. They make you feel that you're not just a number or a sale. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the whole selling process in an easy manner. He was very pleasant and polite. I felt very comfortable and not pressured to hire them. After I hired them everything went according to plan. The whole process from their side was as smooth as their step by step information sheet they gave me. The whole staff was very pleasant and worked around my busy scheduled. The photographer took beautiful pictures and video of my house. Even though selling a house can get very stressful the tricolli team handled it exceptionally. They did all the talking and negotiations. My goal was selling fast at a reasonable price. I gathered information about Palm Beach Realtors with recent sales in the area where my condominium was located. Also, how quick was the sale and the its final price as compared to the initial listing. I highlighted one Realtor: Jeff Tricoli. I called his office, and half and hour later, Liz Bell, the listing agent was visiting me. I was impressed by her enthusiasm and knowledge. Liz answered all my questions and offered advice. We discussed an adequate listing price, and I signed the contract on Tuesday. Wednesday, the photographer was there, and on Thursday the property was listed. By Monday, I had already received several offers. During those few days, I interacted with several members of the Tricoli Team. Starting with Liz Bell, everyone acted with professionalism and courtesy. In about a month, the closing was completed with a price higher than the original listing price. Thus, my objectives were accomplished, and I can only thanks Jeff and his Team for the results.
