Richard made the selling and buying process so easy for us. As a seller, he informed us of the type of buyer we should go with for our property (conventional or FHA). As a buyer, his patience was appreciated in showing us many houses. His knowledge lead us not to over pay for a house and stay within our budget. His correspondence kept us informed of all the steps along the way. I would refer him to anyone.

We were moving from Wisconsin to Florida, we were lucky enough to find a great agent with Richard, it was at the height of the real estate market and we could not be there in Florida to tour homes. Richard was so patience with us making us feel at ease. He did multiple homes with us via FaceTime at all hours of the day. We finally found our home in Spring Hill, Florida, signed our papers without ever touring the home. We trusted Richard like he was one of our parents looking out for our best interests. We had to reschedule our closing 2 times (at our new house) due to a crash on the freeway and Richard was so understanding at put at ease and said we will get it done when you get here. We were very happy with the home (seeing it in person) for the first time at closing, and are still very happy to this day after 6 months living here at the time of this review. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service and understanding of our realtor!

Richard Pleyer is truly exceptional. He worked with us for over a year and found the perfect vacation home for us.
