Joanne was very good realtor! She helped navigate us through both the selling of one house to buying another. Her communication was a strong point for us. Always ready to explain if we had a question. She gives a personal touch and was very responsive. She had beautiful photos for the house we were selling. She also marketed this house with different strategies in mind . Can’t say enough good about this agent! I would highly recommend her and would use her again if we ever have the need to sale again!

Lily was the real estate agent we used when selling my mother's home. When we first met Lily it was an immediate attraction. She was down to Earth and we were very comfortable with her. Like having a member of our own family as our agent. Lily patiently explained everything we had to sign and even helped us with names of people to take care of the roof, the lawn, the pool Etc. She's very knowledgeable. If I ever needed to buy a house or sell a house in Spring Hill or have friends that need that I will certainly recommend Lily.

Sarah was very knowledgeable about the area and had good advice about what price to list for and how to prepare the house to make the best impression. She was able to coordinate all the showings even when I was out of the area and hosted several open houses to bring potential buyers in. She even went above and beyond by stopping by to move trash cans to/from the garage when I couldn't make it over. She was easy to communicate with and always available for any questions or concerns. She clearly laid out all the offers for me as they came in and helped organize a closing for me closer to my new area so I didn't have to travel far to finalize the sale. Sarah was very capable, professional, and friendly so I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell a house in her market!
