I am first time home buyer. I am also a newly pregnant and to be single mom. Lynn was so wonderful at helping me find my new home! One that was safe, affordable, and nice! She helped me feel less anxious in the whole process. I appreciate all her communication about what was going on. She was very available via text or email when I had questions or concerns. Lynn also worked very hard to get answers that I needed from the sellers agent, as well as my own soon to be HOA when we needed documentation from them. Thank you Lynn for all your help!

There was constant communication. There was no question left un-answered and at the end of the day when I had a question I always had a firm grasp on what was going on. Expectations were kept realistic and the service was amazing. I never felt like I was waiting around for an answer either. She knew what we were looking to get an fought as hard as possible to keep it right around where we wanted. I will be referring her to people I know. The sale price was below the initial asking price due to the market. But all in all.. it was way higher than I thought we would be getting.
