Kirk Short is a 5 star realtor. The sale of my home had many twists and turns and difficult situations, which he handled with knowledge, tact, diplomacy, and good communication with me. He always seemed to have my best interest in the transaction. If you are looking for a hard-working, good honest realtor, he is your man.

Enjoyed working with Kirk. Would do it again.

My husband and I are both in the service industry. We know and expect great service, competent knowledgable people and professionalism. We have brought and sold with Kirk Short and his team. Our Realtor Josh Witte is exceptional. We have been using his services for over a year, cannot say enough about the service and professionalism. We will use this group especially Josh with all of our Kansas Real Estate. We live in Arizona but that did not cause any problems for Josh Witte. Really looked after our interest. Our whole experience was great. They were quick to answer whatever questions we had. Paperwork went very smoothly as well. 10/10 overall experience here!

Home buying is not an east process. It requires quite a bit of patience and time. Evlin, the agent I was working with, did a great job listening to what we were looking for. She helped find me a great home and I was satisfied with job this team did.

Kirk Short and his Wichita team were very competent and professional throughout the entire sales proscess.

Rachel is fantastic, if you are not sure where to start then go talk to her! She helps make the process smooth and is great about checking on the buyers and helping out with whatever is needed! Thank you Rachel!

Kirk and his team had my home sold within 2 days. Unfortunately, the new buyers wanted a closing date of less than 30 days and I had not found a home to move to. Kirk and his team came through again and were able to help me find one quickly. They even helped in getting me moved in early to alleviate the stress. Home selling or buying is extremely stressful but the Wichita Home Team was wonderful throughout the whole process.

He went above and beyond. We were never around. He did it all on their behalf. She thinks Kirk is great too. She is a realtor herself and has high expectations.

He was highly professional and they recommend Josh to anyone who needs help. They do not know anyone currently wanting to buy or sell, but will send them Josh's way.

Kirk Short and his home team did an amazing job with navigating me through the process of selling my home. They kept me informed with all the steps that every seller must follow to get through the sale of their home. I could not ask for a better real estate home team! Kirk you’re awesome-All the best to you!

Jennifer Brown from the Wichita Home Tram has done an excellent job to help me find my new home. She was patient, thorough, and transparent throughout my new home purchase process. This has helped me make one of the best decisions of my life! Thank you Jennifer and the Wichita Home Team!
