Nicole and Graham were outstanding to work with as part of our search for a new home in the Raleigh area. They have excellent knowledge of the area and guided us through the entire process till we found the right home for our family. We were particular about what we wanted and the market was a tough one to buy a home in 2021 / 2022. It took us almost two years to find the right one, but Nicole and Graham were very patient, responsive and supportive the entire time! Nicole was such a pleasure to work with. I felt that she understood my needs. She was able to point out homes that I would be interested in. She was always very professional. She knows the real estate market inside and out. This is especially important with current market situation in the Raleigh area, and beyond. The entire home-buying process can be overwhelming. But Nicole will walk you through every step, with clear guidance and support. Her husband, Gordon, is a part of the business too, and he is equally knowledgeable and helpful. We loved working with Nicole and Graham! They were super knowledgeable about the RDU area, they responded to all our texts and calls quickly, and fought for us hard in the negotiation. In a severely demanding market, Nicole (along with Graham) secured us our dream home! We toured numerous places and when we found our now home, she gave great advice on how to go in with the offer and it was accepted the same evening. That never happens! Nicole also was able to help secure concessions from the home inspection which went a long way. Being transplants from California, Nicole helped immensely walking us through the legal process (we didn’t know we’d need a closing attorney) and navigated us through all the bits and pieces. The contractor they recommended has also handled numerous projects for us and we are forever grateful for the connection. You cannot go wrong with Nicole. She’s like your Aunt you wish you saw more as she’s so fun! Literally through rain or sunshine she always comes through - Graham is an added bonus! GO WITH NICOLE. You won’t be sorry.
