She went above and beyond to get me into the house I wanted. After several attempts Renee was able to guide me to new financing and saved me $3500 at closing!! During the purchasing process the level of communication with Renee and Anita was excellent and detailed. Stacy Kitchell and her Team sold our Oldsmar, FL home at close to the asking price. Her work in actively advertising and promoting our home was stellar. She made the process as painless as possible (and we've sold many homes in many states and this was clearly the best experience). She and her team are always on top of the details and working hard to make potential buyers aware of the unique qualities of the home. We were so impressed with the Kitchell Team that when we returned to Florida, we immediately contacted Stacy to help us find our next home. She and her team worked with us to identify our needs, wants and dreams, then they found homes that matched that criteria. We were given many acceptable options and they worked patiently with us until we found the perfect home. Stacy and her team are friendly, helpful, caring and a delight to work with. We had considered several options before engaging with Stacy and her team, including attempting to sell the house ourselves and only paying a buyer's agent commission, or using a discount broker service on the sell side instead, to try and reduce the overall cost of sale to us. After meeting with Stacy and Renee, they convinced us that we would make up for the difference in commissions/fees of a full service brokerage option if we went with them. Overall, we received somewhere between 15-20k more than we had planned on which we feel more than covered the sell side commission difference, so from a purely cost perspective, we feel it was in fact the right choice for us. Apart from the higher sales price, we also feel it was the right choice in terms of ease of sale process. We had already purchased our new house out of state, so we definitely hoped for as little hassle as possible when selling our FL home so we could make our move as soon as possible. Stacy provided solid guidance to us on preparing the house, including both easier/inexpensive actions as well as advising us while we replaced the downstairs flooring with the best material option and color/style for the house. This continued into listing with great photos taken, a simple showing process & with prompt written feedback from for the majority of the showings. We also felt well supported/represented during the inspection and appraisal processes with a very smooth closing process all around with and zero drama like we'd hoped. Any questions we had during the entire process were always answered promptly by either Stacy, Renee or Anita, so we always felt well supported no matter how busy they got. All in all a great experience and very glad our neighbor referred us to them in the first place.

I contracted with the Stacy Kitchell Group to sell my home in the Tampa area. Even before being hired, Stacy put a lot of time into researching the comps and providing me a very good (and reasonable) list of improvements to make. While I know that they were very busy during the time, my home went on the market within a week of when I had planned, and I received an offer the first day. Stacy provided me guidance on countering (I hadn't been involved in a home sale for over 20 years) and we closed in just a little over a month with no issues. Throughout the process Stacy and Anita were friendly, professional and responsive, and made me feel that I was in good hands. This alone would have been enough for me to recommend them, but when a problem arose with something the new owners did after settlement, Anita and Stacy worked with me every day, following up with the buyer's agent and broker, and getting the issue resolved within 3-4 days. I am no longer in the Tampa area, but if I were, I would definitely hire the Stacy Kitchell group again!

Anita was so incredibly helpful to us during our move to Tampa. After narrowing down our options, we decided to get a new construction home in Riverview. Anita was there for us ever step of the way, from first seeing the lot, selecting our building options, tracking the progress, all the way to our closing date. She helped us negotiate with the builder and I absolutely believe we received better deals and better attention having Anita in our corner. I would recommend her (and Stacy and Renee!) to anyone.
