I recently moved from Vienna, VA, and purchased a home in Land O Lakes, Fl using the Kitchell Group. This group which is comprised of Stacey, Renee, and Anita worked seamlessly together as a team to make my transition and home shopping experience exceptionally pleasant and fun. At first, I was not sure that I wanted to make the move, but called and scheduled a date and time to look at homes in different parts of the Tampa and surrounding areas to determine if this move was feasible for me. I mentioned this to the team, and they still spent two entire days showing me and my family homes in areas of my interest. Also, they never pushed me to buy a home. Throughout the past four months, Renee and Anita have been there every step of the way. They have always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Their professionalism and knowledge are much appreciated. When I identified three houses that I wanted to look at and coordinated my trip with the team, Renee went that extra mile and transported me from and back to the airport. Again on the day of closing, they again went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with transportation and running errands. I now consider these team members as friends and would highly recommend the Kitchell group to anyone that is searching for a new home. Thanks again to the Kitchell Group for being such a pleasure to work with. My son and daughter are both going to buy homes in this area, and they will definitely use this team.

What more can be said about this group, they are a consummate group of professionals. They work hard together and never seemed to miss a beat in helping me get my house sold. Between making suggestions that would help to make the house more marketable and responding quickly to any questions we may have had. They were always upbeat about everything during the trying times of selling a house in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Stacy was spot on with the estimated sales price I should ask for. She is very personable and friendly as well as the rest of the group. All the work they put in resulted in our house selling within a few days of it being placed on the market at asking price. We got two offers in three weeks and Stacy created a bidding war that increased the sale price of my house by $10,000. Stacy followed through with all the paperwork, so all I had to worry about was driving to the bank with a big fat check! Honestly, Stacy treated me more like a friend than a client. She was great.
