Oh my gosh! Where do we begin??? From day one Christie was excited and ready to help us in our house hunt. She sent us listings immediately as they came up (some within minutes of listing!) and was always ready and willing to show us whatever house we wanted to see. We NEVER felt pressured to put in an offer because she knew what we were looking for and the specifics we wanted in a house. If we were on the fence about something, she offered us the pros and cons about everything because she wanted our house to be our home and not just another sale. When we eventually found the house we wanted to put an offer on, she made it a point to get to know the other realtor so that he could see our potential as buyers who would love the new house. During the next stage of actually buying the house, Christie was with us every step of the way and was always supportive in whatever guidance or advice we needed. We never felt like we were imposing on her time and she provided us with a ton of help and information in order to make the home buying process run as smoothly (and quickly) as possible. Fast forward, we were able to buy the house and were now in a position of needing to sell our condo. Christie knew what had to be done and gave us tips on how to sell our place fast and laid out a timeline of what should be done when. We used her as our agent for this as well and completely know that we would not have been able to sell our condo as quickly as it did without her expertise and knowledge. Hands down, if we ever needed to move or sell a house again, Christie would be our go-to real estate agent in a heartbeat!!! Again, we cannot say enough good things about her. She is truly a master at her craft!

Mikayla is one of the best agents I have worked with in buying a house. She helped us with booking appointments to see the house. Helped us structuring the offer, and that helped us in getting our offer excepted in this hot market. Once we were in contract, she kept in touch with the seller, lender, escrow, and other parties involved. Helped us getting documents ready in time. Helped us resolve all the issues we had during the closing process. She always did more than needed from her side. Overall it was a great experience working with her. It's hard to find dedicated agents like her, and I think we got lucky that she represented us during the buying process.
