Kim helped me locate a house to remodel and sell.
Kim Davis reality helped me buy a home that needed repairs.Her knowledge of the current value and estimate of the repairs needed was spot on. After I finished the repairs she helped me determine a selling price that was well over my initial estimate due to market changes. After her team took pictures and advertised the home was on the market for one week and it sold for full asking price and appraised at full asking price!. Interactions were always positive, enlightening, and Kim is very kind, patient, knowledgeable.
Kim is a dependable agent and knows the market. She is very easy to work with. Kim is knowledgeable about the market and kept me informed.
