The professional pictures and videos Tawnie had made of our home and surrounding area showed it in its best light and attracted potential buyers. Every time we called or had a question and left her a message she responded right away. Scheduling of an Open House and also letting us know when perspective buyers would be touring our home was helpful in making it a smooth process. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about our experience listing our house with Chris Woeste. We were retiring and moving to another state so we told Chris we didn’t want to give the house away, but we wanted to price it for a decently quick sell. He did a market study and told us what our house was worth, but for a quicker sell we should list it a little bit lower along with some suggestions of what would make the home more appealing to buyers. We chose the lower amount and within days we had three showings. One of the showings ended up going to contract within the first week. We closed in under a month from listing and could have closed sooner if we had been ready for our final move. We are convinced it was Chris’ knowledge of the current market and buyer’s tastes that made our house sell so quickly. We would highly recommend Chris as your listing agent if you are looking to sell your house. We’re glad we did.

Chris is quite aware of market trends, and was able to advise us relative to offers and contracts we made on multiple properties. Each time we walked away from a property due to inspection findings he simply generated the proper documents with no debate or pressure to lower our expectations. He always arranged consultations with professionals for us in a very timely manner after offering us multiple choices. When the National Assn. of Realtors changed rules for the payment of buyers' agent commission, Chris was flexible in his negotiation, and helpful in negotiations with the seller's agent. His frank manner of communicating his advise and demonstrating he heard our inputs made us very comfortable with him. he went the extra mile to dig out information available (apparently) only to realtors. He even executed a "cold call" to an owner of a home not on the market at our request.
