Fantastic Team!

I don't ever write reviews, ever, but I would be remiss if I didn't share the wonderful experience we had purchasing our first home. We met Susan and Peter when we were looking for a place to rent in Burbank. We liked them both so much, we decided to buy through them instead! And in a pandemic no less! I was extremely hesitant about going to look at homes during Covid, but our new friends at Town Center Realty Group made the process as safe and smooth as possible. They put our well being and comfort first. Susan and Peter went out of their way to show us as many houses as we needed to get our perfect match. When we finally found a house, we genuinely missed our weekend afternoons going to see places with the two of them. They made the process such a joy! Being newbies to the process was daunting, but they both answered all our questions with candor. From making an offer, through the inspection process and into closing, they were there with us every step of the way. If we were uneasy about something, we could pick up the phone and get answers that were backed up by years in the business. We weren't their only clients, but they always made us feel like we were, which was fantastic! Susan and Peter not only became our real estate professionals of choice, but also new friends. You need strong partners to undertake an endeavor as challenging as buying a property. They had the knowledge, integrity, perseverance and dedication we needed to buy the house of our dreams. I am truly grateful we found them. They are extraordinary individuals and I never miss an opportunity to recommend them to friends and family!
