Hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a realtor. I just recently purchased my second home and used Richard as my realtor. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. I never felt rushed or pressured to overbid and he was very honest in even letting me know if a particular property was not worth over bidding for. He was very good at making sure to keep emotions as check in order to not make a poor financial decision down the long run, which was hard given this market, but so much appreciated. I ended up closing on the perfect home for my family and me, and could not be more pleased! Super happy with my service and purchase using Richard’s services and would definitely recommend to anyone needing to purchase or sell a home!
