Gail was up front with us and gained our trust from the first day that my husband and I met her. She was everything above and more. I am more black and white and my husband is the opposite of me but we both knew Gale was looking out for us and would get back to us with everything we found and what she found for us to look at. Gale always made time for us and adjusted her schedule or got someone to meet us and show us the different homes we looked at. Gale always had a plan and communicated with us and prepared us for everything every step of the way. We thank Gale for being a good hearted person and treated us as if we were her only clients and for the Realtor that helped us close on our current property at 36732 Barrington Drive. We got in touch with Gale from our realtor up in New Hampshire. We didn’t know anyone in Florida so we asked the realtor we were using to vet realtors in the Orlando area. Our realtor met with Gale and loved her so we had a call with her and immediately clicked. She asked us questions about our family and our dreams for the future because she really wanted to know us and why we were moving. I am an Engineer so I had detailed spreadsheets on houses with every feature ranked and Gale was very accommodating to me. We flew down to visit Disney but also look at houses and saw 8 houses in one day and Gale was using that to really understand what we liked and what we picked on. She was preparing for day two and possibly day three and trying to find other possible homes that we would love. Luckily enough we found our dream home on the first day and it was the fourth house!!! Gale understood that we were happy with the price and yet she still worked hard to get us concessions from the seller including ensuring that the items we found during inspection were remediated. She even conferenced in the home inspector and was asking him questions on exactly what he meant in his write up. It was amazing and she was an incredible agent to have on your side. She was also always talking with the lender (who she also recommended and we loved) as well as the closing company. She handled everything for us and we in turn stayed on top of things we had to do in order to not hold her up because she was working around the clock for us as well as the rest of her clients. She has also provided us with a vetted list of contractors that we will call when we decide to make some upgrades to our beautiful home. Gale is amazing to work with and I honestly couldn’t say enough good things about her. Having a knowledgeable realtor on your side that understands the process and the market and will be a strong ally for you is so important. There is a reason why she is a top performer in the area.

I am thrilled to share my experience with Mariam Sherkawy. From our first meeting, it was clear that I was in good hands. I started working with her in 2023. She helped me buy my 1st investment house. She helped me found a tenant right after the closing. She helped me buy my 2nd investment house in 2024. She worked with me very hard to find a tenant. When the tenant in my 1st house started to give us a hard time with the rent payment, she gave me the knowledge and instructions how to proceed to either get the money or to get the house back. She referred me to the legal team. We evicted the tenant, and she had been getting tenants lining up to rent the house right away. She helps with all the screening and selecting tenants. He goal is to make sure that I can select the absolute best tenant. She cares about me investment even more than me. These are only few things that I can write in a small review.
