I'm thrilled at the results I experienced with the sale of my rental property at 1616/1618 Indiana Avenue in Winter Park, due to the efforts of Angela Robinson on my behalf. My partner of 40 years having passed away in January, I knew that I was going to make plans to move on, but was stymied in moving forward. Through a mutual acquaintance who reviewed an offer that I received on the property, I was told that I would do much better, and was introduced to Angela, who immediately found an interested party who upped the ante substantially, netting me tens of thousands of dollars more than the offer I had initially received. Key to her understanding of how best to seek the correct buyer was her knowledge of Murphy Duplexes, an architectural style unique to the Orlando area, and sought by many. Her expertise enabled me to sell without even placing the house on the open market, and with only a single showing. She showed empathy when I needed it most, and her dealings were always professional and expedient, in one instance even bringing the buyer to immediately correct a situation which had caused me some inconvenience. Her advocacy and expertise brought my property to a successful close, even with a last minute hiccup, self induced on my part. Thank you Gale Milgrim for your incredible help in selling our condo in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Our condo was only on the market for 21 days in a very, very difficult market. There were about a dozen units for sale in our development and I think only one other unit sold in the last year. The reason we sold so quickly was because we followed all of your recommendations.
