My wife and I found Gale on a Facebook group page where she was highly recommended by local Moms. We were moving to Orlando from Gainesville and not that familiar with the different areas of the city. Gale possesses a comprehensive knowledge of the Orlando and extended area and was able to guide us in finding a neighborhood that aligned with our lifestyle. We were 4 hours away from where we wanted to purchase a home in Longwood, FL. Gale went above and beyond by previewing in person what we could only see on-line. Once we narrowed the field of possibilities, we made the trip from South Florida to Longwood to view three homes. We loved the first one so much, we skipped the others. We wrote an offer that weekend and went back home to South Florida. Gale and her associate, Shari, did all the legwork to make our purchase happen 30 days later. She facilitated work in the house to install a new floor before we moved in and did it all via e-mail and text. She was always available when we needed her and was very responsive throughout the process. She did more for us than she would have had to do with local buyers and we are very appreciative of her efforts. She did a masterful job of coordinating the closing between the three parties (buyer, seller, and title company). Even after the closing and moving into our new home she has made herself available to assist us in settling in to our new community. We highly recommend Gale as a Real Estate agent due to her great knowledge of the community and vast network of contacts to assist with almost anything. She made our experience a pleasure.
