We were 4 hours away from where we wanted to purchase a home in Longwood, FL. Gale went above and beyond by previewing in person what we could only see on-line. Once we narrowed the field of possibilities, we made the trip from South Florida to Longwood to view three homes. We loved the first one so much, we skipped the others. We wrote an offer that weekend and went back home to South Florida. Gale and her associate, Shari, did all the legwork to make our purchase happen 30 days later. She facilitated work in the house to install a new floor before we moved in and did it all via e-mail and text. She was always available when we needed her and was very responsive throughout the process.
