They helped me through the entire process with setting up the listing, providing plenty of showings, working through the inspection and appraisal process, providing good advice, and ultimately getting the transaction closed in a timely fashion. When it came time to sell my long time, long distance income property, the right agent was important because the property was out of state. I knew I needed a pro I could trust so I interviewed several agents - Rebecca Hall was immediately the right choice. Rebecca and her team oversaw the items I should address before coming on the market. She candidly discussed the smart money I should spend to net me more money while also saving me money by advising the things that would not be cost effective to spend money on. Her advice was spot on! Once we came on the market, Rebecca’s communication was perfect, keeping me well informed every step of the way. And in a changing market, it took less than a week to go from Day 1 on the market to an accepted offer. Rebecca’s experience and and area expertise were crucial in getting me top dollar. Although we immediately got several offers with good terms and some all cash, Rebecca knew how to control the timeframe so that we got even more offers without losing the momentum of the original offers. We eventually received a half dozen or more offers and chose one all cash over list price with phenomenal terms. We closed in less than 10 days. All this while larger homes on my street with a lower list price were still for sale. So the agent you choose does make a difference. I would choose Rebecca Hall again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Farah made this experience absolutely first class in every way. She was there for us as we attempted to navigate our move to the Orlando area and was willing to talk about concerns day or night - and even on the weekends. Her knowledge help immensely with our move and put us in a townhome and in an area that is undoubtably the best situation for us. Farah knows the Orlando market and how to get a fair deal done. She is someone that I would highly recommend for those that are either new to the market or have lived here a long time. Farah is by far the best realtor (and one of the best people) that we have ever come across in our lives and we are grateful for everything she did in helping us get our deal done! Gale Milgrim is a true professional in the field of real estate. We have used her for both a purchase and sale and our experience for both was great. She knows her market extremely well. She did extensive research to determine the most appropriate price at which to list our home and it was spot on. We had an offer $5,000 over the asking price the same day the house was listed on the MLS. She is very easy to work with and is always available to answer questions and provide assistance. She has an extensive network of service providers for any job big or small. Those referrals saved us a lot of time, since we didn't have to do research to vet providers. We highly recommend using Gale as your agent.

Buying a house is a rewarding but challenging experience, so you want to make sure you're going through the process with the right person by your side. I found Dustin Abbott to be just that! I started looking for a home in 2022, and began searching for a 2-bedroom townhouse near Winter Park. About 9 months later, I purchased a 1,776 sqft 3-bedroom house in Minneola. Needless to say, my home purchase was an ever-changing journey, and Dustin was there by my side through it all! Dustin was always ready to go see houses with me, even if it was last minute or a bit of a drive. He would help me ask questions on-site and often brought up pros and cons of homes I didn't think of. I ended up putting in 4 offers, and he walked me through the process of each one with patience and a wealth of knowledge. On top of that, he was super supportive and encouraging when my offers weren't accepted - otherwise, I probably would have given up multiple times. Overall, Dustin took a lot of the stress away from buying a home, and we had a lot of fun along the way. I'll certainly use him as my realtor in the future and would recommend him to anyone else looking for their perfect home.
