Recently, Gale helped me find the perfect house for an elderly relative of mine who can be difficult. Gale handled the situation beautifully and with professionalism. She stayed with us for an entire day, showing us houses as she found them. We were looking in a very specific area and she found a house in that exact area that was move-in ready, maintenance free and absolutely perfect for my relative. And yes, it took an entire day. I was really impressed with Gale‘s willingness to help us with any issues, including setting up an email account for my elderly relative, scheduling and handling inspection, and generally interacting with my relative in a kind and sincere fashion. She was really willing to do anything and everything we asked—right down to storing my relative’s car in her own garage while waiting for the closing to occur. I really can’t say enough about how pleased I was with Gale‘s handling a challenging buyer. She was just great. Patient and kind and thorough. Thank you, Gale!
