She followed up with realtors and buyers that came through. I was kept up to date with the market and listings in the area, I received immediate responses to questions, and I was given names of excellent vendors for repairs. We had an issue with our ceiling falling in at the front door. Blaike immediately took control, contacting a crew to take care of it. She paid in advance and trusted us to pay her back. She is a persistent agent and strives to get what she wants and deserves. She marketed our house and had it sold the next day. Pleasant and a joy to work with. One and done. Don’t bother looking elsewhere!!
