One can expect and hope for a smooth sale of their home and/or a purchase. In our case it was both- and from the day of listing to the closing of each, it was a mere 4-6 weeks. Vicki Zechman helped quide us through the successful sale which presented some surprises. And when repeated issues arose in the purchase of the new home, Vicki was on it at every turn. The entire process could have been very different had we not had as good a communicator, detail oriented and experienced realtor as Vicki.
