Sara was an amazing real estate agent. You couldn't ask for better. Very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Took in account every detail requested and compiled a list of properties that met those requests. She had very little time to deal with (due to my time constraints) and came up with exellent locations to view. She didn't stop working after the offer was accepted. She was with me every step of the way. Went so far above and beyond. I will definitely recommend Sara to everyone I know in the market!!!

Amy has helped me purchase two houses and sell one home. She was a crucial part during the negotiations to always have my best interest in mind. She was great at walking me through the entire process to make sure I understood everything I needed. Any time that I had a question, she would answer right away or give lightning speed response time. If she doesn't have the answer she will get the answer fast. Amy Kyker is a name you can trust! I highly recommend her to anyone who wishes to work with an honest knowledgeable professional who wants their home needs met in an efficient manner.

Amy Kyker is an awesome real estate agent. She always puts her clients and what is best for them first. Any goes way above and beyond by helping you clean and stage your home to make sure you get top dollar. You can be guaranteed that Amy will always respond to your calls and emails the same day, and most of the time within an hour. She works with your attorney, lender, inspection and appraisal to make sure everything is moving along as planned to meet your scheduled closing date. This takes a lot of stress and worry off you knowing you can depend on Amy to stay ahead of the game. With Amy’s many years of experience in real estate, she knows the Charlotte and Mooresville area well. She can assist you with attorneys, mortgage companies, etc. Amy is willing to go beyond these boundaries in North Carolina if you see a home you are interested in outside the Mooresville/Charlotte area. We recently used Amy to purchase our new home in Gastonia. She is always willing to pick you up and take you the distance to view any home of your choice saving you having to use your personal vehicle. You will not find a better real estate agent to assist you in buying or selling your home.

Donna was excellent! She is caring, knowledgable, and professional. She helped us sell our old house and buy our new house and guided us through the entire process. She always responded quickly to any of our questions and helped us feel comfortable with what can be a stressful process. I would definitely use her again for any of my real estate needs and will be recommending her to anyone I know that needs a realtor.

Amy is the absolute best. She represented us in the most professional manner possible. We were out of state during the sale and she handled a myriad of issues for us to assure a good on-time closing.
