The experience with Dena was amazing. This was my family and I first time buying a home. Dena really broke things down for us so we were able to understand the home buying process. She is very honest and caring and makes home buying a great first time experience. I would recommend her. I told Bob it may take 6 months to two years for us to move to Statesville. He stayed with us and helped every step of the way. He never let us down Bob has gone out of his way to help us find the house of our dreams. Moving from Florida to Statesville is not an easy thing to do. But Bob made it possible. I put a lot of trust in him and he came through. I don’t know what I would have done without him. I highly recommend him and his dedication to to helping his clients. I think of Bob more of a friend than my realtor.

Sara was the sellers agent when we first bought our home in 2019 and her negation skills and the way she advocated for her clients made us want to work with her when we chose to sell our home in 2022. Sara is a kind, hard working, honest agent and I am so glad we chose her! She responded quickly to any (and ALL) of my questions throughout the entire process and was always very honest with us. Selling a home is stressful, but if you want an agent who is going to work hard to sell your home and go to bat for you I’d go with Sara!!

Cindy held us together and kept everyone in line along the way. Our circumstances, estate with court involved due to minor heir, were not simple and Cindy’s knowledge and ability to effectively communicate with attorneys, realtors, court house, etc. regarding the complexity of the case ensured that we smoothly closed the property with minimal hardships. My daughter and I are so thankful for her as she was kind and caring to us during a time when things were hard and sad. We are thankful to have her on our team for life.

When it was time sell our home, we knew - without hesitation - who we needed to call. Sara Cahill. This was because Sara had assisted us in selling another home (a rental property in another Lake Norman community) in 2019. We interviewed several realtors, but it was Sara's energy and responsiveness that won the mandate. Those characteristics, combined with her market expertise, professionalism, communication, and negotiation skills guided us to a successful sale at the right price in a relatively short period of time. Her advice was dead-on. What we should do to prepare the property for market, when we should go live, and (of course) listing price, etc.. The same was true recently when it came to selling the home in which we lived. We started talking with Sara eight months before we listed. She kept in touch and informed us about the market and home prices in our area. She guided us on optimal investments to make in order to prepare the house when we were ready to list. The marketing (photography, listing, etc.) was fantastic. Her sense for pricing was perfect. The house sold in one weekend above asking. We could go on, but suffice it say that we would recommend Sara Cahill to both sellers and buyers. Without hesitation.

Sara was an amazing real estate agent. You couldn't ask for better. Very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Took in account every detail requested and compiled a list of properties that met those requests. She had very little time to deal with (due to my time constraints) and came up with exellent locations to view. She didn't stop working after the offer was accepted. She was with me every step of the way. Went so far above and beyond. I will definitely recommend Sara to everyone I know in the market!!!
