Michael was so helpful in my search for a home in S Tampa. The market here is tough to navigate because homes are in such demand and get nabbed up so fast-and for good $$! Heather is the best realtor I could have asked for. As a first time home buyer I didn't know much about buying a house. Heather took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with every situation before proceeding. We ran into a couple of issues with the loan and other paperwork and Heather stayed on top of everything and took care of every issue that arose. Even 3 months after selling me the house she is still taking care of problems for me. She is the absolute best and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. If I ever need to buy another house I am going right back to her.
