Karen helped my family buy a house site unseen. She quickly got a feel for what we wanted and offered exceptional advice. With limited inventory Karen delivered on a house in the desired area with the characteristics we wanted. Upon closing she warned my family and I that she would not be going away anytime soon. Veronica is an amazing agent and she was incredible during our entire sales process! She went above and beyond what any other agent would have done. We moved out of state and she coordinated all the projects that needed to be completed as part of listing the house and during the closing process such as appliance and house repairs, cleanings, and the staging. She was there during all of these projects because we could not be. I have never met an agent who put in as much effort as she did. She even got us top dollar on our property when we believed our house to be valued at much less. Michael was so helpful in my search for a home in S Tampa. The market here is tough to navigate because homes are in such demand and get nabbed up so fast-and for good $$!
