We were coming from out of town but in a position to not be in a hurry. Being respectful of our travel time, on each of our visits to Sierra Vista, one or both of them (usually both of them) cleared their schedules to show us as many homes as possible. Brandon and Krystal were very patient with our waiting for “the perfect” house, and when we found it, Brandon worked late on a Friday night to submit our offer. Keller Williams Realty Sierra Vista was amazing during the sale of my home. They were very responsive, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions which was very important to me. I decided to sell my home after the rates started to rise which wasn’t ideal but I wanted to wait until I knew if my renter was going to renew or leave. I say this to point out that my home sold as quickly as it did because of the work Keller Williams put in and not the market. The market was actually working against them but they got it done. I was moving from Germany to U.S and did most of the house search over process over the phone and through video chat. Krystal had to deal with me being 8 hours ahead of local time. But anytime we saw a house that we liked she had no issue doing a video walk through.
