Brandon and Krystal were a great team to have on our side to help us through the quick sale of our home in Sierra Vista. They were very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We were able to get over asking and they gave us a discount on commission since we are a military couple which was a nice surprise. We’ve sold several homes and this was definitely the easiest sale we’ve experience. I really appreciate their use of online tools such as docusign to complete all required docs on the fly over my phone. My wife and I could complete our signatures separately and without having to sit together with a notary. As a guy that looks for the negative reviews to seek out the real reviews, I don’t have negative comments… except maybe Brandon’s hair looks too perfect, but he’s an ex-Navy pilot so I would expect that as an Army guy. My wife and I contracted Brandon and Crystal Winters to sell our home in the Holiday subdivision. The realtor who assisted us in purchasing the same house three years earlier was conspicuously incommunicado many times when we needed him. There were other issues I won’t list here, because the point I want to make is that Brandon and Crystal managed to minimize the stress of the whole process for us, from initial consultation to the closing, which just happened today. They were attentive to our needs as sellers, thoughtful during the negotiations, and quick to communicate with us when the unexpected needed immediate action. Ten thumbs up. Highly recommended!
