Need someone to help you with the sale or purchase of a home? Look no further, John Hudson is the answer! We recently needed to move to a single level home. John used the most current technology to find what we needed in the area we wanted and before you knew it we had a great house in a great neighborhood. John then sold our current home within a day! Our stress was GREATLY reduced due to John's knowledge of market availability and the financial issues that come with buying and selling a house. John was responsive, attentive and understood our needs. If we have to move sometime in the future we would not hesitate to call John again.

We began our search for a large home in the South Tampa area for our extended family back in January with Correy. She found us the perfect home and then came COVID-19, the market crash and loss of financing. Correy stuck with us and finally made it happen despite much heartbreak and loss. We did this in order to accommodate my elderly mother and she loved this home. Thank you Correy for everything... we certainly have been through it♥️

We started off using several different agents that we mostly met at open houses. When we met Correy, her professional attitude impressed. Our first Saturday out looking with her was very insightful and we were won over. We even made an offer on a home that day. It didn't work out, but we were sure at that time that Correy would be the agent we eventually bought a home with.

I heard about Leslie and her team through a friend who used Leslie and had her home under contract in less than a week. This was my first home I've ever sold and was dreading the process. I have a one year old and there was a pandemic going on so I needed someone to be very active on getting the home ready to be listed without me being there. Leslie and her team met ALL my needs. They were at the property when needed. The pictures were beautiful. She even did an amazing job with staging my home for free. I actually have never met Leslie or anyone on her team live, my doing because I have such a hectic life. I actually sold my first house without having to leave my home. Leslie made this process so easy and smooth. I highly recommend Leslie and her team for all your real estate needs. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you Leslie and Maureen for everything.

Correy showed up to the first meeting with me with a folder filled with information on comps, neighborhood stats and information on my house. She obviously did her homework. She didn’t tell me what my house was worth. She asked me how much I thought it was worth. Then we discussed a listing price and decided to add $5000 for negotiation room. My house sold for a cash offer, $5000 less than listing price, during the first open house. Correy also helped me find the perfect house. We had a contract on a house where the seller refused to negotiate over $1600. We came within $5000 of a contract on a second house before we found the house I bought. The house I bought is more that I expected and is perfect for me. After closing, Correy was persistent until she got the guarantee on the new roof in writing, which was not easy. In summary, Correy is honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and views her job as being the person to help you find your dream home, regardless of the price. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s awesome!

Correy is personable, DEDICATED and professional. Correy ushered my spouse and I through the entire home buying process as it was very trying during this COVID-19 pandemic. We really appreciated Correy’s attention to detail while showing homes to us in person and virtually. Correy has earned our trust by being honest, reliable, very knowledgeable and reassuring. If there were any issues Correy helped to resolve them in a timely and professional manner. We are very pleased with Correy and will refer her to anyone who is looking for a home to purchase through a real estate agent. We love our new home! Thank you Correy!

John Hudson was an absolute pleasure to work with during the sale of our home in South Tampa! He is an expert at knowing what the value of your home is, how to make it appeal to buyers, and what is happening in the Tampa Bay real estate market. He sold our home in just over a week in a very challenging pandemic market by pricing it aggressively, yet in line with our neighborhood, and the South Tampa area. We couldn't be more appreciative with everything that John Hudson did with regard to the pricing, marketing, presentation, and selling of our home. We highly recommend John Hudson to anyone who is considering hiring a professional Real Estate Agent in the Tampa Market. Matt and Christy Lozosky

Very professional, easy to work with. Listened to her staging suggestions, and we had an offer. If I were in her area I would have her sell again for me. Referred a friend to her and she sold quickly for her. Corey knows the business.
