I heard about Leslie and her team through a friend who used Leslie and had her home under contract in less than a week. This was my first home I've ever sold and was dreading the process. I have a one year old and there was a pandemic going on so I needed someone to be very active on getting the home ready to be listed without me being there. Leslie and her team met ALL my needs. They were at the property when needed. The pictures were beautiful. She even did an amazing job with staging my home for free. Correy showed up to the first meeting with me with a folder filled with information on comps, neighborhood stats and information on my house. She obviously did her homework. She didn’t tell me what my house was worth. She asked me how much I thought it was worth. Then we discussed a listing price and decided to add $5000 for negotiation room. My house sold for a cash offer, $5000 less than listing price, during the first open house. Correy also helped me find the perfect house. We had a contract on a house where the seller refused to negotiate over $1600. We came within $5000 of a contract on a second house before we found the house I bought. The house I bought is more that I expected and is perfect for me. After closing, Correy was persistent until she got the guarantee on the new roof in writing, which was not easy. In summary, Correy is honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and views her job as being the person to help you find your dream home, regardless of the price. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s awesome!
