For example, he knows the vast majority of typical and atypical Florida landscaping plants and can tell you which plants make your house more desirable and can offer suggestions on how to move things around to better sell your house. He is well-versed in the intricacies of home inspection, and our home inspector even noted John could probably do half of it on his own with the amount of knowledge he has. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for either buying or selling; he was able to get our house sold in just one weekend, and helped us to navigate buying a house that had a somewhat more complex situation arise than we'd previously dealt with while buying houses. He is extremely responsive through email, phone calls, and texts, and will go out of his way to make sure that you have everything you need.
