Rick and Terry are awesome!!
Rick, Terry, and their team were amazing! They were extremely knowledgeable, and their expertise and professionalism is unmatched. They were able to move our home quickly and get us a great price. To top it all off, their team took on the daunting task of scheduling and coordinating repairs that needed to be made to the home prior to closing. Highly recommend Rick and Terry!

Superb experience again with Rick and his team!
This is not my first sale and purchase with Rick. I always end up so happy with the end result. Rick and his team are professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly and always available to answer questions and support me throughout the process. The quality of their listing photos are exceptional. I would not choose anyone else. They feel like family! Thank you a million times for helping me sell and then find my forever home!

Kevin was always two steps ahead of us at any moment. The market competition is frustrating enough right now, but Kevin helped us find a house and be under contract just 9 days after we initially spoke. He made the process smooth and as stress-free as possible. My husband and I are first-time homebuyers, and we really didn’t know how good we had it [working with him] until hearing friends go through the home buying process. Now I’m finding myself asking them, “Well, doesn’t your realtor just handle that?” The answer is no. Other realtors don’t do what Kevin does. Here are some of the highlights: Kevin helped us formulate our offers to be as competitive and attractive as possible. Not only did our winning offer get accepted, but we ended up paying thousands of dollars less than we were going to offer and he got the refrigerator thrown in too (a pleasant surprise!). For all of you skeptics out there who don’t want to pay a realtor, I encourage you to use Kevin. He knows how to save you money! It’s worth it! He can get you in there when other realtors may not be as involved. He works hard, long hours to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for, and for the best price possible. He’s not in it for himself, and he is trustworthy. We had to get the roof replaced on the house we were buying before we closed. Before we even had time to process that information, Kevin had 2 different companies scheduled to go out and give bids. He worked directly with our loan agent every day and knew her by name. I don’t want to give away all his trade secrets for success, but I will say this: work with Kevin. He’s not just a realtor—he will be the best tool and friend you can find in this process.

Amazing Experience
I'd just like to say Mrs. Pacitto is an Amazing person in General. She has worked very hard for myself and my Parents with both buying and selling our homes. She works very closely with her Husband Stephen and together they are a Dynamic Duo with An Oceans depth of Knowledge between them both. There isn't anything they wont do to work hard for you and get the results your looking for. I highly recommend this Pair for anyone in our areas to call them and Hire them pronto Thanks guys! From the first call, appointment and meeting you get professionalism and expertise. I’ve had a lot of great realtors over the years particularly in South Tampa, but none compare to the work that Rick and Terry our into the comps and knowing the market before the appraiser ever shows up. This IS the team to go with in Tampa Bay.
