...Walking the walk A lot of people talk the talk while only a few actually walk the walk. Rick and Terry and the rest of their team definitely do both. Until they decide to stop working or I stop buying houses, they will always be my go-to team. My experience began with a simple question: “how much could they sell my house for?” My situation was unique in that I had a larger than normal townhouse, surrounded by newer and smaller townhouses, as well as older homes. So clearly comps were all over the place. At our first meeting I explained to them what my wife and I wanted as well as our timeline. They listened and came back with solutions. I wanted analysis and data. They came back with an in-depth report on the market. It justified what I was thinking and what they were saying. We came up with a plan and over the next several months, and stuck with it exactly. As for the procurement of the new house, I was blown away. In a market that is frighteningly hot and supply is low, they not only found a house we love but negotiated a price $55k+ under asking. I didn’t tell them this at the time, but I would have paid full price. And that proves their value. They negotiated as if they were buying it for themselves and they did it based on analytical thinking and market knowledge. I could not have asked more from our realtor. But low and behold, they gave us more... Throughout the process they were on the ball every step of the way. They were thorough, responsive, and practically held our hand to insure a smooth and fair transaction. With regards to the sale of our house, they marked it high yet fair but, more importantly, at a price they felt confident would sell. In the end, it was on the market three days and sold for almost $5k over asking. Again, they treated this as if it was their own house and fought to make sure we received the best deal possible. I unequivocally recommend this team.
