Cathy and team were very responsive when we decided to list our property. They advised us as to staging our house and presented market data showing market values in our area. We had 2 offers in 4 days and we accepted one of them. After that they were on top of All issued and communicated with us to speed up the closing which was 30 days from purchase contract signing. They were very professional in all aspects of this process.

Kathy has a mature pleasant personality that is easy to feel comfortable with whether you are the seller or the buyer. She would agree with my ideas for marketing my specific home and followed up with my suggestions. Early on Kathy held a realtors open house which was very successful. Because I was downsizing a lot, Kathy helped me in several ways which I am most grateful. Kathy's team at Keller Williams was very efficient and professional. They are a great team. I met Cathy Griggs while taking ownership of my parents house. She was in the association office assisting another client with paperwork. I approached her and asked for her business card after explaining that I would be selling my parents house. It was the best decision I made. Cathy and her team where nothing but professional. However it was friendly nature of Cathy that I enjoyed most. She worked with me on all aspects of selling the house. Recommending a person to clean out the house, companies to upgrade the electric, pricing the house for the market. Constantly keeping me updated on progress of the sale. Cathy and her team have been so helpful in the sale of our home, from getting the house ready for the listing, arranging Open Houses, giving great suggestions and solutions for any question that came up. Our house went on the market at a particularly difficult time just as the interest rates skyrocketed. As a result the market in Sun City Center was glutted with homes for sale. Cathy was always there to help with decisions to be made regarding marketing.
