I met Cathy Griggs while taking ownership of my parents house. She was in the association office assisting another client with paperwork. I approached her and asked for her business card after explaining that I would be selling my parents house. It was the best decision I made. Cathy and her team where nothing but professional. However it was friendly nature of Cathy that I enjoyed most. She worked with me on all aspects of selling the house. Cathy and her team have been so helpful in the sale of our home, from getting the house ready for the listing, arranging Open Houses, giving great suggestions and solutions for any question that came up. Our house went on the market at a particularly difficult time just as the interest rates skyrocketed. As a result the market in Sun City Center was glutted with homes for sale. Cathy was always there to help with decisions to be made regarding marketing.
