I was thinking about buying a new home within the the next 12 months and was randomly looking at houses on Zillow, just to see what was out there, when I ran across a property at a great price. I immediately called the agent listed on Zillow (Tammi Sullenberger) and she met me at the house within two hours. I made an offer the next day and three weeks later I closed on the same house!! Tammi was a huge help during this process- she consistently kept me informed through emails, phone and text and was the most responsive agent I have ever worked with.
