4th time was the charm with Sam Piscreta!

I had never done this alone before, so when the offer was accepted Sam was there every step of the way. With encouragement, support and great communication, he was more on top of things then i was, but made sure I stayed on track from the minute the offer was accepted till I closed! Showed up for all appointments ie: inspection appraisal and final walk thru. I would highly reccomend him to anyone looking to purchase a home especially if you are doing it for the first time!
