•What a great experience dealing with our realtor, Patty Jones, in the purchase and later sale of the same property. We purchased a home in Lubbock for our daughter who attended Texas Tech nine years ago. We made several trips to Lubbock looking for the perfect house in our budget and near the campus. Patty was patient, fun and always available to us. She gave us great advice on different areas and homes. We ended up with a house that my daughter loved. She lived there after graduation, got married and even had her baby in that home! When they had to relocate due to their jobs, we knew that we would use Patty Jones again to sell the house. She told us what she thought we needed to do prior to putting the house on the market. Once on the market, we had two offers in the first two days, with one being a full price offer! She handled everything and we signed all the paperwork online...an easy, quick process. The buyer's realtor was not local so Patty basically did everything. She is a sharp, experienced professional who made both experiences (buying and selling) great. We highly recommend her and wish her nothing but success and happiness!
Patty is the best! Shes so knowledgeable and genuinely just such a nice lady. She helped us buy and sell our house and we couldn't recommend her enough!
If you are in the market for a new home, I would like to highly recommend our realtor, Patty Jones. About 9 years ago she sold us a house that we needed for our daughter who was attending Texas Tech. It was a great experience and was the perfect house for her. We were out of state buyers but it was still an easy process. Our daughter has just moved out of Lubbock and so we decided to sell the house and immediately called Patty. She advised us on things she thought needed fixing up, etc. We followed her advice and we had two offers within 2 days...one was full asking price. We love Patty's personality, honesty, experience and patience. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in Lubbock, we recommend giving her and her team a call!
