If you are in the market for a new home, I would like to highly recommend our realtor, Patty Jones. About 9 years ago she sold us a house that we needed for our daughter who was attending Texas Tech. It was a great experience and was the perfect house for her. We were out of state buyers but it was still an easy process. Our daughter has just moved out of Lubbock and so we decided to sell the house and immediately called Patty. She advised us on things she thought needed fixing up, etc. We followed her advice and we had two offers within 2 days...one was full asking price.
