More than just a real estate agent

I’ve worked with countless agents in this field while I was looking for a house. I always felt like I was working harder than my agents until I met Hector Lopez Ramos and his team of professionals. I was looking at homes in early Spring 2021 and the market was wild. Open houses were packed and I had my preapproval letter but I was still no competition with other buyers and I was super disappointed. Fast forward a couple months of missing out on houses and offers being declined and I was ready to give up by the time July/August. I met Hector at a home viewing and it was great energy and communication from the jump. Hector is a very straight forward and honest agent. I never felt like he was trying to push me into anything. Hector always kept my best interests at the forefront and he was by my side through the open houses, viewings, inspections, etc. He was really by my side grinding and working with me the whole time. All of the professionals that he referred me to were the same. Hector was extremely supportive and informative with what I needed to do to make my dreams come true. Before Hector I was running around praying today be noticed by a seller. After I partnered up with him I felt like a serious buyer. Once people heard he was my agent all I heard was how great of a person he is to work with. This made me feel so confident in moving forward. Hector was punctual and communicative through out our entire time looking for and purchasing a home and that’s what you need when you want to compete in an active market. He never left a stone unturned and he was able to provide me with the best guidance on how to navigate and negotiate in the real estate industry. I am forever grateful for his hard work, persistence, and knowledge. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. Thank you Hector for making my dreams come true. I went from living in a van and sleeping in Walmart parking lots to buying a home in less than 2 months! Hector will make it happen!
