Hector Lopez Ramos

My experience with Hector was very special. My sister died and I had to sell her house. My sister lived in Holyoke, Mass. and I lived in New Hampshire. Hector went above and beyond to sell her house. He found the people if something needed fixing he took care of it. He look around and found me the best deal. When I couldn't drive the two and a half hours he took time out of his day to be there. I can't express enough the work Hector and time Hector gave to selling this house. It was an old house and he still got me a great deal. I hope his company knows how special and valuable he is. I’ve worked with countless agents in this field while I was looking for a house. I always felt like I was working harder than my agents until I met Hector Lopez Ramos and his team of professionals. I was looking at homes in early Spring 2021 and the market was wild. Open houses were packed and I had my preapproval letter but I was still no competition with other buyers and I was super disappointed. Fast forward a couple months of missing out on houses and offers being declined and I was ready to give up by the time July/August. Before Hector I was running around praying today be noticed by a seller. After I partnered up with him I felt like a serious buyer. Once people heard he was my agent all I heard was how great of a person he is to work with. This made me feel so confident in moving forward. Hector was punctual and communicative through out our entire time looking for and purchasing a home and that’s what you need when you want to compete in an active market. He never left a stone unturned and he was able to provide me with the best guidance on how to navigate and negotiate in the real estate industry. I am forever grateful for his hard work, persistence, and knowledge. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. Thank you Hector for making my dreams come true.
