Townhouse
•Carolyn did an excellent job brokering the purchase of a Townhouse for us close to our larger house which she sold for us in late 2021 as we downsized. She knew the market very well, did a thorough job of understanding our needs as we downsized and encouraged us to get as much experience as possible with Townhouse visits and open houses which she attended with us, often with very little notice. She is a consummate professional, pointing out how a property might fit well with our needs or not. She wanted us to take our time and get the right home. When we found it, she negotiated a fair price taking into consideration the hot marketplace and our desire to get our offer accepted. She gave us a good estimate of what it would take to win the deal and negotiated a fair allowance for needed repairs. Her reputation, contacts with other brokers/agents, and knowledge of the market really made a difference in our successful purchase.
