Very Impressed to say the least!

Having only dealt with two Realtors in my life, and honestly not having a great experience with either one, finding a new Realtor when we moved to the DFW area was giving me nightmares. Luckily, I was advised by a friend that her Realtor, Sherien Joyner was great. not wishing to look around I took my friends advice and called Sherien who immediately answered her phone and began speaking with my wife and I on a Friday morning. We told Sherine what we were looking for and within an hour I received a call back from Sherien stating she set appointments up for the next day. I was truly impressed with her getting the ball rolling so fast. When we met with Sherien she was more than just an agent looking to make a buck, she took genuine interest in what we wanted and really wanted to know about us so she could assist in helping us make the right decision on what house, payment, area and travel/commute times we were looking for. We had tons of questions both day and night and at all hours and Sherine responded quickly by either text or phone call and never left us waiting more that 30 minutes to respond to us. Sherine is truly just a phone call away even though she has many clients we felt as we were her only ones because she was always there for us day or night! We were able to find our dream home and get into contract quickly, And the rest is history we now own our dream home and Sherine had a huge part in it and made it happen for us. Things were so smooth that what I thought would be a nightmare turned into a very pleasant dream! We hired Sherine on March 10th found our dream home on March 24th, made an offer on March 27th and it was accepted on March 28th and we closed on April 18th! The process was so fast and smooth and I can only attribute that to Sherine. So as I said I was very impressed with Sherine!
