Taryn is an excellent realtor who is patient, proactive, and always available. I was a first time home buyer and I cannot imagine having a better realtor by my side for the home buying process. I cannot recommend Taryn enough! 10/10, high recommended for any military and all new home buyers.

Really enjoyed the home buying process with Taryn. She is very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Best agent in Yuma, Arizona. She does a lot for our veterans.

Excellent! Ed has helped me with selling and buying a few properties. For this transaction, he assigned Jessica Running. She is wonderful! Very responsive and knowledgeable of the market. She assisted with little details to facilitate the sale and is vey easy to work with. I would highly recommend the whole team. They’re awesome!

Could not ask for a better experience. We were trying to help our mom sell her place and Karen was recommended. Karen went above and beyond and communicated with us all the way through the process. She was a huge help because it was a long distance sale. She was our "boots on the ground" for us. Thanks Karen!!

I just want to say first Thank You Karen. We actually did not live in Yuma Az any longer, but with Karen she called us on a regular basis and let us know everything, advised us on everything going on. We felt so comfortable with her taking care of everything for us. I want to say if anyone is looking for an awesome realtor go with Karen. She is #1 in my book.

I was trying to purchase a home remotely, for a family member, from out of state. Mildred met with them and took them around to different homes, showing above and beyond patience and kindness. And then she helped me understand how the closing would work from my end. She is truly extraordinary!

My family is from Portland. My Dad owned a property in Yuma and when Dad passed we sold the property and Mildred was invaluable helping our family. I told Mildred I knew we could not go wrong because our realtor was named Jesus. I trust Mildred and respect her knowledge and commitment. Mildred has earned a "highly recommend" as a realtor and very caring person if you need a strong advocate for the sale of your property.

I was not only lucky to work with Mildred on the sale of a property, but also with locating the right property to purchase. She listened to everything that I wanted and we were able to find a property that meet and exceeded are expectations. Mildred made sure that we were taken care of throughout the entire process and ensuring she communicated with any issues or delays. If your looking for the right industry professional, Mildred is your realtor.
