Susan has been a fantastic real estate agent. From the very beginning she went above & beyond for my parents and me (who live out of state in two separate states). She responded very quickly whenever any of us sent her a message. Even now, months after we’ve closed our property… she’s checked on it multiple times during our absence & given us updates every time. Susan definitely goes above and beyond. I’ve ever so thankful to have been assigned to work with Susan. I would recommend anyone looking to sell/buy a property to ask for Susan! She’s literally the best real estate agent I’ve ever had (I know, I’ve moved a lot - military).

Mildred was the best! We are from Canada and set up a consultation before going down to Arizona, and never having done this we had some trepidation. But as soon as we got a confirmation email from her it was smooth sailing. Upon meeting her she was very professional, easy to talk to and ask questions. We felt she went above and beyond helping us as we only had a few days left in Yuma before heading back to Canada. She was always prompt in answering our texts or emails and guided us through all the things we did not know. And carried on long distance helping us out. She was beyond kind to us and so very knowledgeable. I would use her again in a heartbeat. Thanks Mildred, you are awesome!

There was nothing about the process that wasn’t 100% perfect. Mildred is so detail oriented, she doesn’t miss a thing. She makes you feel like you are her only client, when in fact, she is juggling many situations at once. This is the 6th house we have sold over the years, and Mildred is the best agent we have ever worked with. Extremely competent, kind, fair, reliable, honest, knowledgeable. Mildred is one of a kind, we highly recommend her!

I would highly recommend Keller Williams Realty, my sister was the client, she has recently been diagnosed with Dementia, selling of her place was traumatic for her, so myself and her other two sisters stepped up to help her through this. Shelly was quite understanding and helpful through the whole process, she kept in contact with myself to give me the play by play so that I could explain it to my sister, which made a traumatic situation less traumatic. We thank you Shelly for all your hard work.

Our experience with Keller Williams was wonderful! Susan stayed in contact with us every step of the way. We never had to wait for return phone calls, (and there were many) and all of our questions and concerns were met with the utmost professionalism! They didn't just disappear after we bought our home either. Susan has reached out to check and make sure we have everything we need! It has been a wonderful experience for us, purchasing our home with Keller Williams and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a home here! Yvonne Zweifel

Kelsey consistently went above and beyond to help us close on our property. She responded to every call, text, and email - and always with a smile! We are out of state and Kelsey was quick to act and be our feet (and eyes and ears) on the ground. She answered questions, provided contacts, estimates, local information, referrals, etc. Kelsey worked diligently to get us the best deal - and we are so pleased!
