Working with Edna made the buying and selling process straightforward and manageable. She stayed on top of everything and kept us informed at every stage, which made a big difference. When our movers canceled the night before our move, she acted fast and connected us with new movers that same night. That level of responsiveness and problem-solving really stood out. Edna is reliable, resourceful, and genuinely looks out for her clients. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell or both

Working with Taryn on the sell of our old home and purchase of our new one was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish Taryn listened to what we wanted, communicated throughly on everything, and always put our best interest first. She is very patient, knowledgeable of the housing market in the area, and always thinking one step ahead. Anytime someone mentions they need a realtor, we never hesitate to mention Taryn and pass along her info. Can’t wait to work with her again in the future!

When I started my real estate journey, it seemed Mildred had signage everywhere in Country Roads. My concern was, is she too busy? I made the call; she set the appointment to meet with me and show property. She very quickly gathered information about my must-haves and educated me about things I knew nothing about and needed to know. Mildred put me in touch with a seller who was doing a remodel, and it was perfect for me. I made the offer, and with some negotiation, we agreed. Mildred kept me informed every step of the way. Her attention to detail kept the ball rolling and less stressful. Highly recommend Mildred DaJesus.

We visited Yuma 3 winters shopping for a neighborhood and a realtor. We went to many open houses and kept seeing the same go-getter young lady named Shelly. She was very knowledgeable and friendly even though we kept saying we're not ready yet. By January 2026 we knew what we wanted. We called Shelly when we got close to town and luckily she was available to show us around. It didn't take long for us to decide on the house that we wanted, so that was easy work for Shelly. Once we told her we wanted to make an offer she was a super professional leader for us to lean on through the complex process. We did not hesitate to contact her with any question we had and she always responded in a timely fashion and with excellent answers. We've been in our house for a month now and we no longer think of Shelly as our realtor, but we think of her as our friend.

Susan was very patient and seemed to be on the same page on what properties we were looking for and in our price range. She also offered her honest opinion on any of our questions. Lastly, she has gone the extra mile to help us to finish the final items which was greatly appreciated.

Karen was very prompt in getting information to me and was always accessible by phone call or text. She worked very hard and took control of coordinating everything with the listing agent, sellers, lenders, title company and the many inspectors. She made the buying process very easy for me.

Shelly explained things was always available to answer questions and even from long distance. Randy and I went back to Idaho after she found our perfect house and we were so easily able to sale and buy through distance. We were set up with a wonderful lender, it was such an easy process.

We met her at an open house. We really liked her. We were from Indiana and she helped us learn about AZ and the area . A year later we were ready to buy and called her. She had us looking at the houses that afternoon. Ones I had picked out to look at and she was available to show us what ever we wanted to see. She helped with whatever we needed. Honestly she is still available if we need her. I can’t say enough good about her ! She just is the best she puts her heart into helping you! She wants you happy and knowledgeable? She doesn’t just sell you a house and walks away. She’s there for you throughout the whole process and after even.
