We can't say enough amazing things about Jessica! Jessica helped us purchase our second home. We are a military family, and with my husband being gone a lot, my full-time work schedule, and two kids under the age of 4, we weren't able to travel from South Florida to the Tuscaloosa area to see the home in person before we purchased it. From start to finish, Jessica exceeded all of our exceptions. She took the time to get a good sense of what we needed for our family and what we were looking for in a home, school district, lifestyle, etc. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area--she was able to pull up her notes about different neighborhoods, houses, land sales, etc., to answer any questions we had. With the logistical difficulties of purchasing a home long distance, we truly appreciated her honesty and professionalism. She is very accessible and always returned my calls immediately. When we showed up for the final walk through and closing, the home actually surpassed our expectations. You will NOT be disappointed with Jessica as your agent. She goes above and beyond. We were relocating to Alabama from a work assignment overseas and knew nothing about the area, which was scary. Melanie began emailing us listings and explaining about different areas and guided us in selecting the right home. We had a pretty specific wishlist and she tirelessly worked to find as many options as possible. Despite having a full personal life with kids and family she always found time to take our calls to discuss listings. She took several days to drive us around town and show us multiple homes. Since we had never been to Tuscaloosa prior to moving here we looked everywhere before deciding which only added to her workload. Throughout, she was caring, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable.
