So our journey began with Liza around November of 2020, we were having terrible experiences with other realtors trying to convince us why we should buy something we didn’t want. When we found Liza, she wanted to know about my fiancé and I as well as what we were hoping to find and why. This helped her filter down to what we needed. While our closing day on the purchase was in May of 2021 on a new build, she ultimately found for us the home we were searching for. Her team was very open and transparent with communication and on top of everything. Not only did Liza help us find our new home, she helped sell the one we were in and negotiated effectively with the buyers to ensure we got a solid and strong sale on that home to transition to the new one and the next stage in our lives. I reached out to Amber once we were in a position to purchase another property. I talked to her over the phone about what we were looking for and she immediately set up an automated search that updated daily. After a few weeks we finally had a property that we wanted to see and Amber had setup a viewing the following morning. Within a day we had the offer sent over and within a few days of counters we were under contract. Amber was 100% on top of any and all info/docs that were needed and she went above and beyond throughout the whole process. We had to think outside the box several times to deal with a less than cooperative seller. I will definitely send referrals her way use her for any futures transactions.

Amber held our hands during the difficult period of listing and selling our home of 37 years. She did a wonderful job of explaining the processes involved and providing guidance each step of the way. She kept in contact at least weekly during the process to make sure we were on track. We now look forward to finding a new home with her help. Update: It took a while to find the perfect forever home, but Amber did it for us! After being out-bid in a seller's market for several weeks, we finally landed the big one. Amber was on top of the sale from the initial offer through the title process, loan process, inspections and through to the closing. She was always only a phone call or text away to answer questions and give advice. We wholeheartedly recommend Amber for anyone's real estate needs. She's just great!
