Liza was very knowledgable, available, quick to respond and personable. She helped us find a wondeful home and actively listened to our questions and concerns as we moved through the process to closing. So our journey began with Liza around November of 2020, we were having terrible experiences with other realtors trying to convince us why we should buy something we didn’t want. When we found Liza, she wanted to know about my fiancé and I as well as what we were hoping to find and why. This helped her filter down to what we needed. While our closing day on the purchase was in May of 2021 on a new build, she ultimately found for us the home we were searching for. Her team was very open and transparent with communication and on top of everything. Not only did Liza help us find our new home, she helped sell the one we were in and negotiated effectively with the buyers to ensure we got a solid and strong sale on that home to transition to the new one and the next stage in our lives. Many times you can feel overwhelmed and out of sync but when you find someone that’s actively working hard in your best interest, life becomes a lot easier.
