Our home buying process with Danielle was stellar! We were referred to her through a family friend. She took care in helping us look at several homes before finding the one right for us! Once we did find our home she was very kind in sharing her knowledge on the process of getting to closing. Things such as what inspections we needed and should want, what items in the house needed correcting and why, how old things were and when they'd need replacing, and who was trust worthy to do inspections and fixes. She was also great at suggesting (and incredibly knowledgeable with) fair offers and other things worth asking for from the seller. Mine and my husband's favorite thing about Danielle is that she wasn't pushy. Which to us, means that she sees people, not a paycheck. We looked at several homes and she went out of her way to show them to us and give options that would fit our needs, wants, and budget. She also called to check and see how we were settled afterwards. If and when we are ready to sell and start buying again we definitely plan to use her and recommend her whole heartedly.

I was referred to Danielle through a friend that had used her when relocating to Florida. We were also relocating from Michigan and had no idea of what was in the Lakeland area. I drove down in June to look at homes and spoke with Danielle only a week before my trip. She took all my "must haves" and "would likes" and immediately started sending me links to possible homes. By the time I arrived in Florida we had many houses to see. She was very upfront and honest about some of the areas we were looking in. Letting me know things like if I would need flood insurance or if an area wasn't the greatest. Needless to say on day three we found the perfect house.
