Chad is the best!
My wife and I had quite a few limitations as far as finding a property that fit our specific needs. Chad went above and beyond and did everything possible to make our first home purchase as smooth and quick as it could be. I would recommend Chad 10 out of 10 times and wouldn't think twice about it.

Chad personally came out and inspected the property and gave us options. Chad advised us throughout the proccess, keeping us informed of the very quick progress that he made. I recommend him 100%. On a side note if you use the phrase "Andi rocks" he will buy your lunch on your first meeting.

Chad always does a great job with advertising, photos, showings, etc. for anything we're selling, and is always available when we're in the market to purchase. His experience on both sides of a deal always make things go smoothly...and he manages to find solutions quickly for any problem that might arise. His connections with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, title, always help make the entire process proceed smoothly.
