Christina Moore walked us through the entire process (and held my hand when needed!). We ended up getting 5+ offers within the first few days and were under contract by day 6. If you are needing a Real Estate Professional, I highly recommend Christina.

Christina helped me sell my home and then find a smaller place. She is professional and very hard working. She puts her clients best interests first.

Christina is the best. We lived in Lakeland and were looking to move to Tampa. Any time we wanted to go see a home, Christina would hop in the car on a Saturday and show them to us. She sold our Lakeland home in NINE HOURS and found our perfect place in Tampa. I would highly recommend her. She is so personable and made this process less stressful

Christina was wonderful. Very professional. Any questions we had, she was readily available to answer them. She went above and beyond to make our process as smooth as possible.

I recommend Jamie Folks to list and sell your home. She sold my house in a few days, I appreciate all she did for me. If I need a realtor again, she would be the first one I'd call.

Dawn was a great choice to go with when we suddenly decided to sell our house and move 400 miles away. She was very professional and sat down with us as our Realtor, not just our friend, to discuss any updates or things we had done recently to our home and what our needs were. We told her the price we would like to get for the house, and she actually told us due to the recent updates she felt it was worth quite a bit more. We were thrilled. So we thought we would put it out there to see if we could get close to the asking price, then down the road if we would have to lower the price it wouldn't be so bad. She put the sign in our yard on a Sunday morning and by Tuesday there were 5 viewings and an offer very close to our asking price. We were anxious to relocate as soon as possible for our jobs, so we took the offer and couldn't have been happier with the family who bought it. Not only did Dawn sell our house in less than 48 hours, she found us a Realtor in the area we moved to who helped us find our dream home. I would definitely recommend (and have) Dawn Van Meter to sell your house or help you find a new one. I've known Dawn for a long time, and she is extremely passionate for this industry and works hard to learn more about real estate in order to make sure you get the best outcome possible--whether selling your home for the best price or finding a home of your dreams to meet your needs. When looking for a top notch Realtor, look no further than Dawn Van Meter because she will go above and beyond when it comes to creating a happy ending for her clients.

We were so pleased with the service provided by our agent Dawn Van Meter. From our very first meeting when she came prepared with a market analysis and answers to all our questions to the closing which she made extremely easy for us. Everything she did was focused on making this a smooth procedure for us. She worked around our schedule, kept us informed, and was always so pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home or looking to sell a home in our area.

Dawn Van Meter is an excellent realtor. She truly listens to her clients. Dawn was open to suggestions and very much available. Any time we called or emailed she responded promptly and courteously. Not only did she find us a great home she sold our previous residence VERY quickly. Amen to that!

Maggie did a wonderful job listening to what my wife & I wanted. She was willing to look a different properties, take her time, and find the right one that fit our budget and our requirements. Maggie made our home buying experience less stressful by giving us some insights to the area, issues that she's experienced with other properties, and advise to avoid pitfalls. Her background in development and her knowledge of the local Lakeland area make her, in my humble opinion, Lakeland's very best realtor. If you're looking for a realtor to help you find a home, Maggie is the right person to call.

We were referred to Dawn by a friend, and we listed our house a week before Christmas, which in hindsight probably wasn't my smartest move. After a slow start, we began getting traffic in mid January. I believe we signed a contract by February 2nd. Dawn kept us informed every step of the way.
